Sheriff Jay Russell announces the promotion of Deputy Ethan Bonner to the rank of Corporal at the Ouachita Correctional Center.
Corporal Bonner is a 9-year veteran of OPSO and is assigned to security at OCC. As Corporal, he will now serve as a first line supervisor to the Deputies on his shift.
