Each year, the Bayou Kennel Club in Monroe hosts the Cottonland Cluster Dog Show. Dogs from all parts of the country, plus Mexico and Canada, come to the show to compete. This year, one-hundred, twenty-three dogs competed. Proceeds from ticket sales are donated to the K-9 Division of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office to help with the costs of operating the K-9 Unit.
