Search for Missing Boater on Ouachita River

At approximately 5:40pm on 7/19/13, Wildlife and Fisheries Agents located an abandoned boat on the Ouachita River in Sterlington, LA. Family of the boat owner was contacted and the owner was deemed missing. Wildlife and Fisheries Agents and Ouachita Parish Sheriff Deputies proceeded with a search lasting throughout the night.
