In the early morning hours of 04-16-14 deputies of the Uniform Patrol Division apprehended Eric Wade Wilkins in the act of burglarizing a vehicle in the Briarcliff Subdivision in West Monroe. The investigation revealed that Wilkins had broken into numerous vehicles stealing assorted items. Deputies were able to clear these cases and recover the stolen property. Wilkins was arrested and charged with 8 counts of Burglary and one count of felony theft.
