Sheriff Jay Russell and Deputies hosted a retirement party for Deputy Kathy Hargrove this morning. Deputy Hargrove is retiring after thirty-one years & eight months of service to the residents of Ouachita Parish.
She began her career in the Records Division and has been assigned the Tax-Civil Division for the past several years. Deputy Hargrove has been a very dedicated Deputy Sheriff her entire career. Join us in wishing her the very best for her retirement.
