Corporal Andrew Nugent has been promoted to the rank of Sergeant in the Patrol Division.
Sgt. Nugent, a 16-year veteran of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office, was currently a training officer for new patrol deputies and now will now serve as the first line supervisor of his shift.
