Sheriff Jay Russell and Deputies thank Pastor Jason Ramsey and the congregation of The Pentecostals of Twin Cities Church for the prayer cloths prepared and given to OPSO Deputies. Virginia Simrall and Kathy Peet presented them to Sheriff Russel and Patrol Deputies Thursday afternoon.
