Congratulations to Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Sr. Investigator James Humphrey for receiving the Deputy of the Year Award from the West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce.
Investigator Humphrey received the award Tuesday evening at their annual banquet. He is a 20 year veteran of the Sheriff’s Office, currently assigned to the Investigation Division where he investigates cases involving juvenile sexual exploitation, human trafficking and internet related crimes. He has also been assigned to the FBI Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force since 2013.
“We are very proud of Investigator Humphrey for his work, his commitment to serving the citizens of Ouachita Parish and receiving this recognition from the Chamber” said Sheriff Jay Russell.
